Senior Investment Associate

My client is an established Global fund manager with a quasi Pension Fund style and is a relatively new entrant into the market. Amongst several asset classes they have significant investments in unlisted infrastructure and continue to grow investment in this asset class.

Reporting to the Directors your role will be split between in depth analysis of global opportunities to invest in infrastructure assets, due diligence and asset management of current investee companies which includes operational modelling. This is a ‘hands on’ analysis role that is less involved in Executions/Deals. This role will also be mentoring roughly 2-3 staff.

You will have over 8 years experience, most of that being within infrastructure/utilities asset valuation from either an infrastructure fund or MA with Infrastructure/utilities focus. You will have significant depth in your infrastructure modelling experience and be confident to be delivering these to board level. This role would be an Associate Director/Vice President equivalent level. Big 4 valuation or big 4 infrastructure advisory teams will not be considered. You must also have a work permit to work in Australia.
