Senior Investment Manager – Real Estate recruitment
Reporting to the Managing Director of Business Development, you will be responsible in supporting MD in establishing the investment directions and strategies of the investment portfolio. You will be very hands on and involved in the entire investment process, including conducting market research, running financial modelling and identifying acquisition opportunities and divestment of the portfolio.
You should have about 8 years of experience in a similar capacity and is someone who has strong analytical skills and business acumen. Experience in industrial and commercial sector will be held in high regards. You are equipped with a good degree in real estate, finance, accounting or economics.
