When you join Barclays as a Senior Investment Review Officer, you'll take on a specialised role that will give you plenty of exposure to all areas of our retail bank. Our Investment Past Book Review team carries out suitability reviews of investments, pensions and other regulated products. As a key part of the team, you'll make sure individual customer reviews are managed through to resolution in line with regulatory requirements and best practice. It's a hands-on investigative role that will allow you to broaden your financial awareness while ensuring that our investment products and services are matched to the needs of our customers.
What you'll give our customers as a Senior Investment Review Officer
You'll make sure that individual customer reviews in life insurance, pensions and investments are managed and resolved in agreement with the Specialist Complaints Investments department handbook and other regulatory requirements. You'll also progress cases to a swift resolution in priority order, to meet personal and team targets and regulatory deadlines. In addition, you'll maintain the complaints database and ensure that all entries are recorded accurately to guarantee system integrity.

What you'll need as a Senior Investment Review Officer
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a solid knowledge of life, pension and investment products and the regulated financial services environment, along with experience of redress calculations. You'll also need FPC level 1-3 or CEFA qualifications and a GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, plus strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
