Purpose of the Role:

• Accountable for the delivery of portfolio management administration in Coutts Investment Services.

• Responsible for the management of the portfolio administration team.

• Deliver a leading role in the execution of all key processes and procedures in the administration of the client portfolios.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the timely completion of the daily routine performed by portfolio assistants regarding liquidity check, maturity check, corporate action check and option exercise and assignment check.

• Ensure the effectiveness of the work flow to complete daily routine.

• Accountable for the accurate and timely execution of portfolio rebalancing trades.

• Scheduling and preparation of annual portfolio reviews and health checks.

• Ensure execution of the regular tasks to evidence the First Line Of Defense(FLOD) duly completed regarding daily transaction review, monthly performance report review and stock removal.

• Ensure proper documentation in place for Tailored Portfolio Management Service and Active Advisory Service account opening and closure.

• Maintain a record of open actions from portfolio reviews and health checks, and provide status update.

• Ensure the proper retention of records and confidential client information.

• Keep and update the continuous professional training (CPT) and leave records for CIS staff.

• Maintaining Personnel files, ensuring all relevant information are kept up-to-date.

• Responsible for secretarial support for Asia TPMS Board.

The Individual:

• Degree holder in finance or administration related discipline will be an advantage

• At least 7 years working experience in financial industry preferably in wealth management with at least 1 year supervisory responsibility

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Skill in managing an administration team

• Timely escalation of issues arising

• Strong sense of compliance

• Understanding of wealth management industry
