Senior Investment Specialist/Client Relationship Manager recruitment

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive business opportunities together with Portfolio Management and Distribution.

• Identify the marketing identity of and articulate the message around product and service characteristics, investment process and capabilities under coverage.

• Represent the investment team at marketing events, client meetings, road shows and conduct performance reviews with clients.

• Drive client pitch - including the analysis of client requirements, guide strategy choice, guide and where necessary provide RFP content and deliver pitch presentation.

• Raise competitive issues on Investment Strategies under coverage, in conjunction with Product Research Development.

• Drive product development in conjunction with Product Research Development.

Skills Experience:

• Fluent English (additional language a distinct advantage)

• Broad economic and financial experience

• Excellent writing and presentation skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

 Excellent Fixed Income knowledge

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Power Point essential. Knowledge of Factset, Datastream, Bloomberg highly relevant.

• Previous experience in a similar role or in portfolio management, financial journalism, investment product management and research or as an economist.
