The successful candidate will have responsibility for;

• Supporting a business that demands a 'platinum' level of client service at all times

• Supervise and develop the team members as required.

• Coordinating and developing documentation standards for confirmation templates relating to the Investor products business.

• Coordinate and maintain Procedure Manuals and any Daily Tasks List for the team in line with Trade Support and MOD objectives on this matter.  Ensure all team members understand these procedures and adhere to them.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Investor Product experience essential.

• Experience in the Commodities market preferable.

• Highly confident and capable individual who can operate under pressure and within tight timeframes.

• Ability to manage internal and external relationships in an effective and timely manner

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Understand the importance of controls procedures within the Operations Division.

• Knowledge of Back Office operations and how we interact with other areas of the Bank.

• Enjoy working in a team environment.

• A high standard of attention to detail.

• Be able to work in a methodical manner and accept accountability and ownership of tasks.

• Good organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.

• Excellent PC skills with good understanding of MS Word Excel

• Be flexible to cover staff absences, busy trading periods and work public holidays as required.
