Senior Investor Relations Analyst recruitment
This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys the more technical aspect of an investor relations role and requires a high degree of initiative, analytical rigor and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
Supports the strategic planning, on-going development and coordination of all activities to broaden and increase the shareholder value, tracking investor activity and enhance the Company image. Reporting to the Company Secretary General Counsel and working closely with the senior management team, he/she will support the development and execution of a proactive investor relations program aimed at maximizing the company’s long-term shareholder value. The role will have both internal and external responsibilities including providing investor/market intelligence analysis and counsel to senior management as well as educating investors and analysts on the company’s business strategies and performance.
Fundamental knowledge of corporate financial statements and investment analysis; Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to manage concurrent assignments and meet tight deadlines; Maintain an excellent work ethic and flexible working hours; Have outstanding analytical capabilities with 5 years practical experience.
