The Loch Harbour Group (LHG) is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Senior IT Analyst
The successful candidate serves as a principal Fusion Officer within a dynamic, high OPTEMPO environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be creative and energetic, with a keen interest in cyber operations; strong writing and analytical skills; well developed research skills; excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• An active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position.
• Serve as a focal point for the receipt, fusion, analysis, gathering and sharing of cyber-related information between federal government and state, local, tribal, territorial and private sector partners.
• Must possess sound judgment and high integrity to coalesce strong relationships, and build trust.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment; able to perform well under pressure on multiple high priority requirements; able to deal with changing priorities within tight deadlines, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Demonstrate ability to research, analyze, and fuse intelligence data.
• Able to produce coherent reports and summaries of findings.
• Deal with fast-moving and unstructured cyber data of high interest to National Security.
• Build upon the National Cyber Common Operating Picture; identifying cyber activity across multiple domains and Government and private entities.
• Identify, prioritize and accurately communicate collection needs.
• Collaborate on fresh perspectives with Cyber Security, Intelligence Community, Academia, National Security, and Defense concerning multifaceted problems and products.
• Use effective and efficient mechanisms to exchange information and intelligence, maximize resources, streamline operations, and improve data fusing.
• Collate cyber intelligence, evaluate and validate source(s) reliability and credibility.
• Deliver information in various formats, e.g., reports, briefing, etc., to senior Department officials, White House Staff, and other officials as required.
• Provide real-time threat assessments to support operational and policy decision making.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business/operational needs.
Desired Skills, Education and/or Experience:
BA/BS
• Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio), Outlook and SharePoint.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certification in Cyber-related discipline, CISSP preferred; not required.
