Senior IT Auditor
The primary mission of Internal Audit is to perform independent and objective assessments of business activities and related controls. You will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager to conduct IT and compliance audits across all areas of our business. You will perform testing, including evaluation of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley control testing. You will execute audit plans, prepare written findings, and facilitate business responses. You will support testing of compliance and statutory reporting. Additionally, you will participate in ad-hoc assignments and investigations as needs arise. This position provides valuable exposure to many areas within our business. This role requires attention to detail and hands-on, detailed control testing. Candidates must be independent, flexible, and able to prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a strong background in IT audit and internal control testing. Amazon is a technology company and you need to have strong technical skills and familiarity with accounting systems. Up to 15% travel may be required, including international destinations.
