Description:
Lyneer International is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions, is a self starter, and works well without constant supervision.
Responsibilities include:
• Building and managing relationships with executives and colleagues to identify current and future strategic staffing needs.
• Establishing relationships with client groups to get a full understanding of their business objectives, business challenges and corporate culture, using that information to attract quality candidates in a very competitive market.
• Partnering with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions and set recruiting strategies that include assessing internal and external talent, sourcing passive and diverse candidates and managing the flow of employee referrals.
• Attracting, sourcing and screening applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing, while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends in the media space.
• Full-cycle management of the selection process including scheduling interviews with the line of business, soliciting feedback from both the Hiring Manager as well as the candidate and preparing and extending offers.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience recruiting IT professionals.
• Demonstrated success in filling a variety of IT roles at all levels.
