About the Job
Senior IT Specialist, IBM Corporation, Somers, NY and at various client sites throughout the U.S.: Responsible for systems engineering, requirements analysis, design, solutioning, architectural design and solution, application project management, estimation, budgeting, productivity, quality, audits and end-to-end delivery management. Develop and manage Siebel Based System architectures and solutions. Interact with internal and client side Project Managers, Partner Applications and peers and subordinates across geographies for project execution. Utilize Oracle Database, JAVA/JSP/Webservices and Unix Operating System. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior IT Specialist, Programmer Analyst, Associate Project Manager or related.
