Senior Java Developer – Permanent – Zurich – Investment Banking recruitment
You will be a team player, with a strong desire to produce elegant, sustainable software solutions. Experienced programmers will be expected to lead by example, coach and develop junior team members.
To be considered for this position, your CV must have the following elements:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Science/Maths preferred
- Minimum 5years experience in software development (analysis, development, testing, documentation)
- Strong (min 3-5 years) Java Development skills in non-J2EE server environment
- Expertise in Test Driven development (TDD) and or Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
- Strong Object Orient Analysis and Design skills
- Good knowledge of Unix
- Clear communication skills, written and verbal
- Javascript / GWT web programming highly desirable
- Experience with Tuple Spaces, XML databases and NoSQL solutions is also highly desirable
