Harrington Starr is working with a global trading technology company to find a Senior Java Developer that will join the front office development team that sits with the business users that trade multi assets in London and Europe.
As the Senior Java Developer you will be gathering requirements in a dynamic front office trading floor, you will learn first-hand trading strategies and then apply your technology knowledge to create task orientated applications that are reactive to market conditions. Using your strong Java J2SE development experience you will work on highly multi-threaded systems and test the development as you go.
Key requirements;
* Core Java Multi-threaded development knowledge (Essential)
* Knowledge of Cluster development (Required)
* Understanding of Test Driven Development methodology (Essential)
* Strong Object Orientated Programming skills (Required)
* Good communication skills (Required)
