This top tier City based Investment Bank are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join the highly regarded Fixed Income team. They are working on strategic FIX Valuation and Risk Engine for the calculation of risk reporting and IT derivative businesses which covers linear and none linear products. The Senior Java Developer will be working very closely with the Front Office business and the quants in a real-time environment where grid computing is a big part of the role.
The Senior Java Developer will have to have the following skills:
- Server side core java expert
- Multithreading guru - especially around hash maps
- Grid Computing - this is not essential but gives applicants a distinctive advantage
- Front Office business knowledge around Fixed Income or FX
