Senior Java Developer VP recruitment
for a top tier investment bank in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to make a huge contribution to the business of a top tier investment bank. The role is for an outstanding Senior Server Side Java Developer with a background in investment banking and ideally solid front office experience.
The Requirements:
Technical skills
• At least 8+ years of experience with Core Java
• Development experience in large scale, high volume, multi threaded server side front office systems
• Strong messaging background (JMS, Tibco)
• A strong analytical and logical approach to system design and development
• Experience with use of open source technologies like spring and hibernate
• Good OO design skills in n-tier architectures
• Experience with multiple OS - Windows, Unix and Linux
• Keenness to keep abreast of relevant technologies and contribute ideas to the global team
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, FIX engines and electronic trading systems utilizing the protocol.
Business knowledge
• Front to back office experience
• Investment or Wholesale Banking
