Senior Java Swing Developer – FX Trading IT – Banking recruitment

The role is for a talented GUI Developer with extensive Swing experience in building easy to use trading screens for Traders.

Essential skills -

- Excellent Java skills (at least 5 years experience): J2SE (Core Java, Hibernate, JDBC, Ant, Team City, JUnit, Java Swing), design patterns.
- Experience in writing multi-threaded, concurrent applications
- Experience in development and performance tuning / profiling of real-time, high-volume, low-latency trading systems.
- Relational database (Sybase) UNIX / scripting
- Fixed Income product knowledge
- TCP/IP knowledge and experience
