Global leading Investment Bank are currently hiring several individuals to work on building out new platforms that will support their prime brokerage business line - specifically covering Equity Finance/Swaps, Stock lending and Securities lending. The roles will work on multiple new development initiatives which will look at the existing reporting platform, strategic trading platforms, booking and trade capture systems and work on large-scale replacement projects to build new systems from the ground up.
Strong technologists are sought with the following skills mandatory;
• Strong knowledge of J2EE, Spring, JMS and XML.
• Good knowledge Web Sphere MQ and Tibco EMS.
• Good knowledge of Oracle, Sybase and ANSI SQL, SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
• Object oriented design and programming as well being at least familiar with design patterns with a pre-requisite.
Ideally experience in any prime brokerage business line is required although my client might be flexible depending on the relevant technical skills.
