We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join a small but high performing team to provide legal advice and support to clients in our Trade and Supply Chain businesses of Transaction Banking. You will partner an award-winning business to provide general advice as well as helping to structure and document domestic and cross-border transactions.
With at least 7 years experience in a law firm or equivalent position in a large corporation or financial institution you will have a strong, broad legal knowledge, be commercial and pride yourself on your excellent communication skills and your ability to build effective relationships with clients. Confident with your negotiation and influencing skills, you are able to engage effectively with a range of senior stakeholders.
