As one the top ASX listed business and a leader within their field this financial service giant is looking to attract someone of the top talent in the market to join the business as a Senior Manager within the Group Financial Control team. My client are looking for a senior manager to drive and lead a team to design and implement a best practice, robust finance practice and systems for budgeting, forecasting and planning.
The role will include:
- Build and manage strong relationship working relationships with senior leaders within the business.
- Establish a continuous forecasting process
- Improve budgeting process as well promoting new budgeting tools across the business
- Manage and develop a qualified accounting team
To be considered for this role you must have had:
- Financial services experience is essential including insurance
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience as a Finance Manager with leadership skills looking for a step up
- Extensive knowledge in FPA
- Proven experience in the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
