Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a driven LD team working for an industry leader. In this role, you will shape and drive learning and capability growth across the organisation to build sustainable high performance and a customer centric sales culture.
We are looking for a subject matter expert (SME) with experience in driving end to end LD initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead analysis to determine training need and subsequently administer plans, for the design and delivery of key learning/coaching initiatives and programs to support current WUBS business objectives, in collaboration with the leadership team
- Develop a process for assessing current skill and knowledge gaps and formalising the learning and coaching initiatives required to meet these gaps
- Serve as an LD SME in the design and delivery of blended learning programs which address the foundation of sales, leadership and people management skills and knowledge of employing adult learning theory, action learning and competency based education principles
- Facilitate classroom and other forms of training forums to practice and embed skills learnt, and construct related training manuals and aids that enable learning and skills transfer in the field to increase sales productivity and performance outcomes
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in adult learning as well as a 3-5 years’ experience within the LD field demonstrating mastery of the end to end LD finial knowledge as it applies across the life cycle from onboarding to talent and performance management.
Solid background in training processes and systems as well as training assessments and delivery is a must as is experience of working within a fast pace environment and strong communication and influencing skills, ideally in a sales context.
