Position Overview Under the direction of a Learning and Behavior Realization Lead/Manager, this individual is responsible for partnering with business clients (business unit focus) or appropriate site level regulatory/learning professionals (core curriculum focus) to improve human performance within their client/curriculum area through performance analysis and the designing, development and delivery of appropriate learning solutions. Improving human performance: * Works integrally with client to discover and analyze human performance gaps through a systematic process. Plans for future improvements in human performance. * Determines solid learning solutions to close performance gaps * Active partner with customers to ensure learning strategy is aligned with the business strategy. * Implements solutions, monitors change and evaluates results. Designs and delivers learning: * Designs, creates, and develops learning interventions to meet clients needs (interventions specific to client). * Analyzes and selects the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact. Delivers and coordinates learning solutions: * Manages client training curricula (at business unit level). * Coordinates new and transferred employee training/learning. * Ensures delivery of learning solutions in a manner that meets the needs of the clients. * Manages and responds to learner needs, ensuring that learning solutions are made available in a timely and effective manner. * Works with Training and Data Coordinator to coordinate and track progress and communicate appropriate metrics to clients (at business unit level). Measures and evaluates: * Gathers data to answer specific questions regarding the value or impact of learning and performance solutions. * Focuses on the impact of individual programs and creates overall measures of system effectiveness. * Leverages findings to increase effectiveness and provide recommendations for change. Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or Engineering. Required: * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams. * Ability to collaborate with others. * Self-motivated and adaptable. * Ability to plan and organize work. * Ability to learn, understand and communicate business needs and solutions. * Ability to solve problems creatively. * Computer skills. * Ability to drive results. * Ability to think strategically. * Ability to influence stakeholders. * Ability to leverage diversity. Preferred: * 4 years experience in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry. * 2 years experience in instructional design/technology, organizational development, or performance consulting. * Experience in maintenance and utilities.
