Senior Legal Advisor – Investment Banking (German speaking) recruitment
This rewarding position requires the successful applicant to complete all legal documentation tasks related to the production and distribution of structured products. Besides that, your tasks are as follows:
- Preparation of documentation listings and liaising with SIX, FINMA, etc
- Initialising, verifying and negotiating contracts together with external parties
- Continuous observation and implementation of regulatory amendments
- Negotiate various agreements (license, services, sales and cooperative agreements)
- Support legal operations across EU and Dubai
Requirements for this position include:
- Swiss attorney or LLM degree
- At least 5 years experience in legal documentation and strong knowledge of the capital and stock market as well as issuance and sale of structured products
- Fluency in German and English, French and Italian an advantage
