Senior Legal & Compliance Officer recruitment
My client, a growing Investment Bank and provider of structured products is looking to expand its Legal Compliance Team with a skilled Legal Compliance Counsel. You will report to the Global Head of Legal and be part of a young and dynamic team. The organisation is fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and is strongly committed to service excellence.
Your responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft agreements, with an emphasis on ISDA contracts.
- Deal with legal requests regarding Corporate Law, European Employment law.
- Update regulatory policies such as code of conduct, AML/KYC, financial promotions.
- Stay abreast of international cross border regulations and advise the business accordingly.
- Build relationships with international regulatory bodies and analyse the implications.
- Provide regulatory advice on transactions and product structuring.
Your profile:
- European qualified Lawyer.
- At least 5 years Legal Compliance experience in a Capital Markets environment.
- Extensive knowledge of international regulation, OTC transactions and ISDA agreements.
- Fluent English and ideally one other European language.
- Pro-active, transparent, reliable and hands-on
