Senior Legal Counsel
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements (including, but not limited to, sales and marketing materials, corporate and fund documentation).
- Producing legal internal management reports for senior management on a timely and accurate basis.
- Providing labour, employment and dispute advice to support the HR team.
- Monitoring financial regulations that may impact the business, updating and supporting the internal Compliance team.
- Managing any other legal tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
- Legal qualification from a recognised legal jurisdiction.
- Proven delivery of company and contractual law.
- Financial Services experience highly desirable.
- In depth contemporary financial and regulatory awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with all areas of the business, including senior management, as well as external clients.
