Duties...
- Cross-border corporate and commercial transactions between Hong Kong and the PRC
- Corporate governance
- Regulatory and compliant work including Hong Kong listings and communication between various governments across the mainland
- Strategy / leadership team contributions / impact
- Daily business related queries
You will be...
- Hong Kong Qualified and/or UK Qualified
- Significant knowledge and experience in the PRC essential
- Fluent English and Chinese language skills essential
- Solid experience in cross-border corporate and commercial matters essential
- Understanding of Hong Kong listing’s highly desirable but not essential
