Senior Legal Counsel - Regional
- HK$100,000 to HK$120,000 (month) + Bonus
- Regional role across Asia
- Strong in Asia, Growth into the US and European markets
Are you looking for a growing sector, growing company and growing team?
Do you want to be in a role which combines legal and operations?
Role:
- Work closely with the Group General Counsel and other counsels globally to solve issues within the Group and in particular issues in Region Asia Pacific
- You will act as a service function providing legal services for all entities within the Group, this includes the managing of internal and external resources and managing purchasing of external services
- You will manage the risks to the Group with a particular focus on Purchasing functions, Sales and distribution functions, Product development function Intellectual property Corporate compliance
- You will manage any potential conflicts to the group and support major business development issues such as:
- Lawsuits and settlement negotiations
- Negotiation support for major contracts
- Project support for legal issues in connection with acquisitions/divestitures/restructuring
Requirements:
- 7+ years PQE
- Must have In-House experience
- Mandarin language essential
- You will have a strong personality with excellent examples showing your ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Your background may consist of both Private Practice and In-House
