This leading top-tier Law firm requires the skill and talent of a senior legal secretary to join their Brisbane team.
This role will see you working in the Employment area of law where confidentiality is key. This Partner is one of the nicest Partners around, quiet and shy, and really wants a legal secretary who can build credibility and trust quickly with clients and staff members alike. Some of your daily duties will include typing of correspondence and documentation, drafting correspondence, handling calls, timesheet entry, file and diary management and processing of monthly invoicing. Your technical skills will be key to the success of the role.
This firm is experiencing extensive growth Australia wide and therefore requires a high level of professionalism and organisational ability. The successful candidate will need to work well under pressure, have a strong client focus and high regard in relation to confidentiality and discretion. Legal secretarial experience is essential, coupled with a typing speed in excess of 70wpm and Advanced Microsoft Word.
