Senior Lending Manager
They are looking for an experienced Commercial Lender for their London office. You will be responsible for leading new transactions, evaluating lending opportunities generated from networking, marketing and referrals and structuring lending terms to optimise growth whilst adhering to compliance procedures and processes. You will contribute to developing marketing strategies and business plans, and other initiatives to drive the business forward. You will also be responsible for managing, motivating and mentoring Lending Managers and Assistant Managers within the department and provide coaching and support for their development.
In terms of experience, ACIB or equivalent professional qualification is required, at least 10 years experience of lending in the property, social housing, corporate, acquisition or project finance sectors to include, (depending on the sector), structuring, negotiation and documentation of:
- Public and Private Limited Company Acquisition.
- Management and Leveraged Buyouts.
- Senior and Mezzanine Debt Funding.
- Large Property Portfolio Purchases.
- Syndicated Loan Underwriting.
- Loan Book Acquisitions.
- Corporate Finance (non-fixed Charges).
- Project Finance (PFI/Public Private Partnership - PPP).
- RSL Group funding structures.
