Senior Lettings Negotiator – East Sheen

£10,000 - £12,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

 

Our Client based in East Sheen has expanded rapidly over the last twelve months and are now looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.


Applicants will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company.

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:

·         Smart appearance

·         Organised

·         Interpersonal

·         Customer Service skills

·         Ability to demonstrate initiative

·         A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions

·         Local area knowledge

·         A full driving licence
