Senior Lettings Negotiator
Do you have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator?

Working within this well established and growing estate agency, you will need to be professional and articulate whilst being confident dealing with a high workload on a daily basis.
As an integral member of their team, your responsibilities will include:
- Matching suitable properties to client requirements
- Organizing and attending viewings
- Provide guidance to potential clients and own sales cycle from start to finish
- Liaising with landlords
- Develop relationships with clients and providing them with the utmost level of professional support.
Core Skills:
- You will be client focused, a self-starter who is results driven
- Excellent negotiation ability
- A proven willingness to go beyond the call of duty in the pursuit of excellent service is essential
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with an established player in the market

Salary:
Base salary of £18K + Bonuses with a realistic 1st year OTE of £40,000
