Senior Liquidity Sales Professional
Position Description
Responsibilities:
The Global Liquidity Sales team is looking to hire an experienced Sale Professionals based in the Southwest US. This person can be based out of Dallas, Houston or Chicago. The territory would encompass approximately 11 states in the Southwest, Plains, and upper Midwest. The individual will be responsible for calling on corporations, banks, bank capital markets desks, hedge funds, universities, municipalities, and any other potential institutional prospect segment. The qualified candidate will focus on developing new money fund and separate account relationships as well as expanding existing relationships. Position will be supported by a dedicated junior sales person as well as a junior relationship manager.
In terms of background, we are seeking a candidate with strong investment knowledge and experience selling money market funds, separate account, and short duration investments. The ideal candidate will have a successful record of accomplishment and meaningful relationships in the subject geography. He/she will possess a strong team orientation, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, up-to-date knowledge of investment products and corporate cash management.
Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of external selling experience.
• License requirements: Series 7 63.
• A results-oriented individual who thrives on achievement and performance.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively.
• Works effectively and supports a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent oral and written communicator.
• Demonstrable sales skills and a strong track record of sales achievement
