Senior Lotus Notes System Administrator (I-Bank $40k-$55k) recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial institution and has a technically strong team desktop support administrators. The team is looking to add a Senior Lotus Notes expert to be the subject matter expert for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Acting as the Lotus Notes and blackberry support subject matter expert for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting and problem investigation.
- Delivering onsite desktop support as part of a large team on a sizable enterprise environment in accordance to service level agreements.
- Working closely with level 1 helpdesk teams in handling incidents and service requests from users.
- Undertaking desktop project implementation or manage roll-outs/ upgrades.
- Providing technical expertise to users, external vendors and application teams.
Requirements of the role:
- Minimum 7 Years technology expertise with at least 4 years specializing in Lotus Notes System Administration.
- Must have a proven banking sector background in Lotus Notes E-Mail (both client side and server side) and experience of large enterprise desktop environments.
- Strong experience with Blackberry support.
- Overall technical knowledge on hardware and software applications including desktop, laptop, Windows XP, Windows 7 and Office 2003.
- IBM Certified Associate System Administrator Lotus Notes would be beneficial.
- Good English communication skills are essential.
