We are acting for one of the world’s most active investment funds, who are now looking to recruit a senior MA lawyers with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience for their growing team. The team regularly undertakes headline-making transactions and this is an exceptional opportunity to tap into some of the most exciting transactional work being undertaken globally. Senior MA lawyers are required to help lead deals on sizeable acquisitions across Asia.
You must have top academics and a proven track record of high-value MA transactions from Magic Circle, White Shoe, or similar top-tier firms. You should have international, cross-border mergers and acquisitions experience in established financial centres around the world. A top-of-the-market remuneration package, tax-free, is on offer for the candidate that matches the above criteria.
