Job Description
As an integral part of the Global Commercial Finance Team your role will involve taking ownership over the management reporting of the business; key responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the preparation of weekly reports, including variance analysis.
- Ensure results related commentary and analysis clearly explain key performance drivers and are proactive in providing insight and recommendations as to future performance improvements.
- Liaise with Site/ National Managers to maintain a good understanding of the sites performance.
- Preparation and review of monthly management reporting.
- Prepare monthly Asia Pacific fixed assets debtors report.
- Review capex register and prepare monthly Asia Pacific capex analysis report.
- Assist operational management with financial support including process audits.
- Liaise with all levels of management to assist in the preparation of quarterly reviews, annual budgets and 5 year plans.
- Consolidation of global budgets and forecasts
The Successful Applicant
CA or CPA qualified you will possess strong technical and commercial accounting skills, be a self starter and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience gained in a large corporate environment, exposure to major ERP systems and advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded.
