Senior Manager – Centre of Excellence Lead recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the global centre of excellence (up to 20 FTEs) in channel partnership programs and liaise closely with country directors across APAC
- Support local country teams at each stage of deployment process, including design, negotiation with channel partners and roll out
- Act as knowledge bearer for global best practices and train local teams through apprenticeship
- Create partnership strategies and approaches to engage consumer channel partners across emerging markets over next 2-3 years
- Build and grow a team to develop channel programs and roll out in target countries; hire, review and train team of direct reports
- Work closely with the sales marketing country teams to develop quarterly and annual strategic plans
- Build a country specific version of the regional product strategy to establish launch timing, pricing, and device tiers
- Project and program manage important activities and marketing alignment
Essential Requirements:
- Experienced in delivering finance-related or channel development programmes
- Proven leadership experience: minimum 3 years managing organization of at least 10 people
- Passion for entrepreneurship and desire to create meaningful change in an organization
- Background in Corporate Strategy, Business Development or Channel Development
- Able and willing to travel up to 80%
- Ability to assert one’s point of view and negotiate skilfully while satisfying multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to create and propose novel solutions to tough problems
- Demonstrated ability in leading cross functional teams
- Experience in IT, high-tech or telecom-related field
