SENIOR MANAGER – PROCESS REENGINEERING recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the business process re-engineering projects, drive the transformation and improve the business process

• To ensure the operational audit is complying with company policies and procedures

• Develop and maintain a performance measurement system

• Manage and document the workflow, process and procedure to improve productivity

Requirements:

• University degree with either Business, Organization and Management or other related disciplines, holder of MBA and/or CFA is highly preferred

• At least 8 years solid experience of managerial level in business process reengineering and improvement

• Past experience in consultation and implementation of management project will also be considered

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of different levels and ability to resolve conflicts

• Excellent leadership, problem solving and execution skill

• Strong initiative and ability to drive change and result-oriented
