Senior Manager
Robert Half Financial Services is currently working with a financial services institution who are looking for a Senior Manager to lead a team within their Regulatory Reporting and Compliance team.
You will be responsible for the production of existing regulatory reporting (including CIS return, Non-Irish return, OFI 1) to strict monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines. In addition to this you will supervise and develop the production of new regulatory reporting, including Form PF and AIMFD reporting, to strict deadlines. You must also be able to demonstrate significant team management experience and promote a culture of high performance. Strong stake holder management is key as you will have to liaise with internal and external auditors as well as the regulatory authorities. Given that the role has an operational and regulatory reporting focus, numerical and analytical skills are required, and thus the role may suit someone with an Accounting background (however this is not a must). The ability to understand complex documentation issued by Regulatory Authorities and apply requirements set out therein is also key. MCH fund accounting expertise is also advantageous.
