Senior Manager

The role of Senior Manager - Liquidity Reporting comprises two broad areas:
To lead the Divisional Liquidity Reporting Team within Group ALM ensuring that Divisional Liquidity reporting requirements are met on a timely and accurate basis.

To act as the lead person with respect to technical aspects of the Divisional Liquidity Reporting framework within the future business model.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS NEEDED

Technical Skills

In depth experience in liquidity reporting and asset and liability management;
Good understanding of ALM;
Detailed understanding of Liquidity Risk Management processes and principle;
Experience of Funds Transfer Pricing methodologies and the implementation of these processes;
Model development, validation and documentation expertise;
Good understanding of the drivers of value associated with the balance sheet; and
Data management skills, with strong focus on reconciliation/data integrity and controls.

Personal Skills

Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for major project deliverables; Must show strong initiative to pro-actively find solutions to requirements;
Strong organisational skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise;
Leadership abilities in influencing senior personnel throughout the group;
Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills;
Must be able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across all Banking Divisions and at all levels.
Must be an effective translator of complex models / technical information for non experts. Must also be able to lead and influence model design; and
Ability to adapt to change.
