Senior Manager
I am currently working on a high profile role which will support the Group CFO of a globally recognised business. My client is a market leading corporate law firm who work with high profile businesses across the globe.
As a Senior Manager in the group finance team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of business analysts who provide high level financial information to the senior leadership team and lead business change initiatives across financial and operational teams. The workload will therefore be highly commercial and could vary from driving improvements to reporting processes, leading the opening of new offices and playing a key part in system implementation/ improvements projects.
This will require regular interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders in the business, interpreting their needs and proposing and delivering changes and process improvements that address the priorities within the firm. From a team management perspective you will be responsible for providing leadership and setting the direction in line with the firms strategy.
I am therefore looking for a qualified senior finance professional (ACA, CA, CIMA) who has recent experience in a large international business. I will be looking to see that you have gained commercial finance exposure on top of your technical finance knowledge. Give the nature of the role I will also be looking to see examples of where you have worked on change or transformation projects and had success partnering stakeholders at all levels within a business. Someone coming from a Big 4 Consulting background or similar would have highly relevant experience
