Senior Manager

Duties:  Responsible for providing strategic business operational advice to management by leading the operational research and analyses designed to optimize productivity, cost effectiveness and operational efficiency.  Specifically, initiate, lead and execute strategic operational research and analyses to develop business strategies and plans including new pricing models to engage channel partners and direct customers; new corporate-wide billing systems (identify TeleSign’s future needs/scope); and vendor landscape research, selection, contraction negotiation, vendor on-boarding and prioritization for service delivery.  Collaborate with and support the functional areas within TeleSign (sales, business development, technology and finance) on problem definition, data gathering and profitability analysis.  Perform strategic operational and financial analysis to assist management with decision-making, policy formulation, and other managerial functions.  Act as key member in Telesign’s Mergers and Acquisition efforts; assist in developing Due Diligence list; and develop financial models for the combined entity for funding purposes (debt, equity financing for the deal).  Perform profitability analysis including country-level profitability analysis and vendor-level profitability analysis to assist in prioritizing vendor selection.  Perform profitability analysis on Enterprise-level deal structure.  Prepare communication/presentations for board meetings, executive team and internal group reviews, as well as prepare management and operational reports defining problem and evaluation, and recommending solutions.  Provide support to TeleSign’s strategic review process (document preparation, consistency checks, working with other functional groups).  Define data requirements and collect and validate data on performance indicator for executive performance review.  Assign responsibilities and supervise operations research team including Operations Analyst, Pricing Analyst, and Billing Analyst.

 

Requirements: Master’s or equivalent in Operations Research, Business Administration, Management Science or related field, plus 5 years of operations research or related analysis experience, evaluating and analyzing organizational and operational structures; formulating mathematical optimization models; identifying operational problems; determining areas of improvement; and recommending and advising management on operational issues.
