Senior Manager, Asset Management Compliance recruitment

As a senior member of the Compliance team you will supervise and manage the compliance functions and regulatory compliance related to licenses and registrations of the group in overseas jurisdictions. The successful candidate will manage and implement all regulatory provisions that affect the group and develop the group’s policies and procedures while designing and conducting regular compliance monitoring procedures and checking.
The successful candidate must have a minimum 6 years of experience in handling compliance matters in fund houses and regional experience across Greater China is highly advantageous. Working knowledge related to US Investment Advisors Act is an advantage and Chinese language skills is preferred.
