Senior Manager: Audit Ethics, Assurance & Technical Advisory
A highly prestigious international consulting firm are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to join their national assurance team and take leadership in raising the firm's quality assurance, ethics and financial reporting standards.
The Ethics Senior Manager will play a highly visible and a strategic role within the assurance team and the success of the wider business hence is a real opportunity to make your mark.
Main Responsibilities:
*You will be the first contact point for the 'reactive' work undertaken in Ethics: answering queries, developing guidance, training and presentation materials, writing articles and giving presentations;
*Respond (with appropriate review and approval processes) to queries and consultation requests received via the Ethics helpdesk or other channels;
*Ensure that appropriate documentation is retained in respect of queries and consultations;
*Share experience and knowledge with the rest of the national assurance team.
Experience/Education/Qualifications required:
*Educated to degree level or equivalent and hold a professional accountancy qualification;
*Excellent financial reporting technical skills, with recent experience in financial instruments;
*Proven ability to develop simplified and efficient business processes and hold strong project management experience;
*Strong communication and influencing skills;
*Experience of developing and mentoring staff, supports continuous learning and development.
