Senior Manager – AVP Operational Risk recruitment

Implementation of Sound Operational Risk Management process in the bank, including establishing the framework for managing operational risk, defining policies and procedure, partnering with the units for ensuring OR management and define OR accountabilities in line with the process.

Drive and support the initiative of ORA system. Ensure all units of the bank participate and support this initiative for a successful implementation and continuance of the system.  Provide all other support to the Head of Risk Management for managing OR on a BAU basis.

Formalize and implement the OR policies of FGB and the group and ensure existence of healthy risk culture within the bank

Co-ordinate and run the OR practice within the bank

Assist business units in their new initiatives related to products, service launches, and the amendments. Provide feedback from OR view point.

Review legal agreements and co-ordinate with lawyers where necessary and provide feedback on any major risk/liability the bank may be exposed to.

To ensure adequate OR risk coverage in all the policies and procedures of the Bank.

Manage required teams for the management of OR in consultation and approval of Head of Compliance OR. Training and development requirement of the staffs are discussed and carried on a regular basis to ensure high class output by the team.

Self drive the Business Continuity (BCP) initiative of the bank to ensure compliance at all time. 

Assistance in any other activity as mandated by Head – C OR.
