Senior Manager, Benefits and Loyalty Innovation

Title: Senior Manager, Benefits and Loyalty Innovation Location: New York-New York Other Locations: The Benefits and Loyalty Innovation team is a critical part of the U.S. Consumer Services Loyalty and Member Benefits organization, whose goal is to deliver Cardmember benefits to deepen loyalty. Our team focuses specifically on creating new reward and benefit solutions. We lead projects ranging from the transformational innovation of Membership Rewards to the development of exceptional new benefits. Our work spans from strategy and ideation through execution and launch. Responsibilities will include: · Partner closely with cross functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Technologies) to lead the development of a new personalized offer strategy · New feature assessment, prioritization, and development · Business development with technology and innovative rewards companies · Competitive intelligence · Strategy development The successful candidate for this role will be able to combine strategic thinking with an ability to drive projects to completion. He or she must be willing to question the status quo but also be able to recommend rational, fact based solutions for improvement. Required Qualifications · BA/BS · MBA or 5 years relevant business experience in consulting or product development/management · Experience developing business strategies from the ground up, as well as associated business cases and implementation plans · Experience interpreting customer research and marketplace trends · Ability to analyze financial data and apply it to strategic recommendations · Preference for operating in a fast paced, flexible and dynamic environment
