Job Description
The Senior Manager will play an active role in all mandates. This includes:
- Driving execution processes for existing pipeline deals; manage a team of Analysts
- Actively pitch and network for potential mandates
- Be a hands-on professional when team prepares financial models, reports, and analysis
- Consistently communicate with other offices to assist with active deals
- Manage all aspects of an assignment including Origination, Due Diligence, and Execution
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent academic track record from a leading institution
- Over 7 years professional experience in financial services and investment banking
- Self-starters with the ability to work independently as well as within a small team environment
- Solid technical skills in financial modeling and market research coupled with good inter-personal skills
- A professional with an international mindset
- Excellent English and Mandarin skills
- Experience in managing a team as well as client relationships
- Network of commercial and government relationships
