As Senior Manager, Business Consulting - Risk Assurance at Sapient Global Markets you will lead delivery teams helping clients to drive innovative strategies to improve business performance and manage risk. Typical engagements include roadmap planning, competitive edge analysis, operational process improvement, vendor selection and change management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage tracks of work in accordance with projected timelines, budgets and quality standard.
Develop, own, shape and delivery a Risk Assurance capability (such as FATCA)
Ability to meet aggressive revenue and margin targets through targeted sales activity
Lead secondary research, data collection and market/competitor analysis
Lead customer/vendor analysis, and client interviews and workshops
Develop and present solutions and recommendations
Lead financial analysis and business case development, applying new conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
Actively participate in business development activities, creating strong working relationships with clients
Be an active participant within a community that provides thought leadership, project support artifacts and analytical concepts for use within the practice
Actively design and shape the Risk Assurance practice ‘Assurance' offerings
Provide a QA and oversight function over ongoing ‘Assurance' work
Bring ‘Assurance' best practice concepts to the risk Assurance Practice
Provide best practice points of view in a consultative manner to clients' senior leaders

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Audit experience beneficial
Prior Risk or Compliance experience from a consultancy environment beneficial
Large scale audit team management beneficial
Bachelor's degree; MBA or MS degree in related field preferred
Broad relevant work experience in a consulting firm or other client-facing role
Broad experience with trading and risk management technologies, operations and processes
Solid practical industry expertise in investment banking, capital markets or energy trading
Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions
Experience leading process improvement, comparative analysis and change management projects using a variety of formalized tools and methodologies
Strong understanding of and ability to create financial models and business cases
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong team leadership skills and people management experience
Broad experience in planning projects, managing time, resources, priorities and meeting goals
Openness to travel and work at client offices
