The ANZ NZ Risk Management function will enable the Bank to protect and grow the business through providing innovative and responsible risk solutions.
We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced person to come and join our Risk team as the Senior Manager, Business Continuity Management.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a divisional Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy to ensure the NZ Business Units can provide critical services to key customers in the event of a major business disruption and to ensure that a coordinated and efficient divisional approach is adopted.
Key accountabilities of this role will include:
- Responsible for training material education of business continuity coordinators to ensure a integrated and holistic approach to issues
- Building positive engagement with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and awareness is raised
- Providing a plan for the business unit while regularly monitoring and testing activity
- Providing accurate and timely reports to senior management
In addition this role will act as a NZ Liaison for Group Insurance to ensure that the NZ insurance policies and management of processes are aligned to global drivers.
