SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, ASIA recruitment

Reporting to the Head of the Business Solutions, Asia, you will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing all cross functional projects within strict deadlines across all Asia Pacific regions. Direct and manage project development by defining project objectives, scopes, schedule, deliverables and success criteria. Manage strategic projects and ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and meet targets aligned with business objectives of the Department. Close coordination with all business units to ensure users’ requirements are clearly documented and articulated to IT for development and implementation. Perform business analysis, document process flows and identify areas for efficient processing and/or generate potential operational savings. Develop and deliver progress reports, issue log and presentations to stakeholders and senior management Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and resolve issues, and escalate to senior management where appropriate.

To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder and Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred. Minimum 6 years project management experience in financial institutions, with asset management industry preferred. Solid knowledge of investment operations, with proven ability in assessing business issues and associated risks would be valuable. Proven track record in managing and delivering key strategic projects is essential. Excellent interpersonal, leadership and relationship management skills. Detail oriented, highly motivated, good analytical and problem solving skills. PC literacy is essential (MS Project, Power Point Visio as standard, VBA and MS Access). Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is a plus).
