The role is responsible for executing the Credit Card strategy, which includes product design, implementation and management. The Head of Products will motivate and develop high performing staff with the necessary skills to deliver the business and financial goals of Credit Cards. The senior manager will be a key member of the Consumer Cards and Payments leadership team.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategy for the product set including growth and rationalisation initiatives in order to drive financial outcomes
- Developing value proposition that supports the ANZ retail strategy and is compelling to target markets
- Driving efficiencies in cardholder and business product processes leveraging internal and external service providers and identification of significant process improvements
- Proactively ensures industry knowledge is current and relevant and seeks out best practice
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within the finance industry and preferably within a credit cards environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to lead and manage high performing business teams
- Strong customer focus
- Results oriented
