Senior Manager, Channel & Business Development recruitment
Our Client:
To cope with the business growth in Asia Pacific, a global financial institution with strong retail business focus, is seeking for a high calibre Channel Business Development professional to head up the Hong Kong Macau team.
Responsibilities:
This is a newly created role based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Regional Director based in Taiwan and leading a small team. With the objective to meet with the business expansion strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new potential partners and distribution channels for products/services offer to consumer clients. The possible distribution partners are leading financial services institutions and retail organizations. You will evaluate the market potential for each opportunity and incorporate into a strategic plan for growth. Another key focus of the role is to manage the existing partnership relationship to ensure maximum investment in network development; monitor agent’s investments and how they contribute to building brand awareness and increasing the brand visibility and business volume within the network.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate should be a degree holder in related discipline, with at least 10 years experience in managing clients, project/product development for consumer/retail service products or financial/payment services industry with a multinational company. Experience working with third party/agency network, developing and managing relationship is highly regarded. You are have strong project management and analytical/problem solving and negotiation skills. You have strong network and people management skills, with excellent interpersonal and influential skills to communicate with senior management. Excellent English and Cantonese is a must.
